Originally established in 1998, Guangxi Jiantian Imp. & Exp. (Group) Co., Ltd. Now is a joint-stock enterprise newly merged and restructured in 2003 with Guangxi Guangda Textiles Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. And Guangxi Guangda Animal By-products Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., two former subsidiaries of Guangxi Guangda Imp. & Exp. (Group) Co., Ltd. Obtaining the foreign trade right from MOFCOM, Jiantian Group is readily among the biggest import and export enterprisesin Guangxi with a registered capital of 12000000 yuan. Although in 2008 the global financial crisis, a total annual volume of import and export in 2008 still amounted to 33, 580, 000 U. S. Dollars.

The business scope of the company ranges from apparel and textiles, footwear and caps, home appliances, animal by-products, to native produce such as tung oil, cassia bark, aniseed and dried pepper.
